Summit School Services LLC seeks a Route Logistics Analyst to support North America and enhance the efficiency, service quality, and performance of our student transportation network. You will analyze routing data, evaluate performance, and develop practical solutions that maximize vehicle, driver, and time resources while improving service.

Reporting to the Director of Route Logistics, this role may be based at our Warrenville, IL headquarters or remote, with approximately 30–50% travel across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience in ground transportation, routing, logistics, or related field.
• Experience applying logistics principles and techniques to develop efficient transportation solutions.
• Experience using routing software such as Versatrans, Traversa, Transfinder, Trapeze MapNet, Edulog, or similar.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routing and logistics studies and analyses (tier, bell time, ridership, future service).
• Analyze current and historical route operations to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate routing scenarios; recommend improvements.
• Identify root causes of routing issues and create action plans to improve processes and standards.
• Lead complex routing projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Train users on routing principles and software; support inquiries and troubleshooting.
