Job summary

Tremco Roofing and WTI is hiring an Outside Sales Associate in Tupelo, MS, with remote work options. The role includes a base salary with strong commission potential, full health benefits, 401(k) and pension, and extensive training in commercial roofing sales.

You’ll join a high-energy sales team covering West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi, with a year-long training program and opportunities for advancement. Travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Recent graduates and/or 1–4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Willingness to participate in year-long training and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory.
