Tremco Roofing and WTI is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join our Tampa, FL team. You will work with a high-energy sales group in the commercial roofing sector, undergoing a comprehensive 18–24 month training program to build product knowledge and selling skills.

The role includes territory travel, strong commission potential, and a benefits package with health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a pension. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18–24 month training program with an experienced sales rep.
• Travel within the assigned territory to develop new business and service existing accounts.
