Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group, North America's leading roofing maintenance provider, seeks an Outside Sales Associate to join a growing sales team covering West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi. You will train with an experienced rep for 18–24 months, travel within the territory, and contribute to a high-energy sales effort in the building materials sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Recent graduates or 1–4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Willing to participate in a year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to cover West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi.
• Contribute to sales results through energetic, interpersonal communication and relationship building.
