Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Cincinnati, OH or Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to grow our National Retail footprint in the Cincinnati/Louisville/Indianapolis territory. You will support store-level merchandising and training while coordinating with Regional Managers to execute programs.

This full-time role requires 25% travel, CRM usage, expense reporting, and strong communication, prioritization, and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in retail merchandising and/or sales.
• National Accounts experience and/or business or marketing experience preferred.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build and sustain productive customer relationships.
• Proactivity: Ability to identify what needs to be done and take action.
• Organization & prioritization: Manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing National Retail customers at store level and manage displays and POS materials.
• Develop relationships with store level merchandising teams and coordinate trainings.
• Support sales strategies with National Retail Regional Managers and report trends.
