Qualifications

• Must live within 30 miles of South Tucson, Vail, or Sahuarita, AZ or relocate within 30 days.
• Passion to sell and represent General Mills brands.
• A valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with tablets and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with partners.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities

• Field selling (70%): maximize incremental sales and displays; build partnerships with decision makers.
• Problem solving & analytics (10%): use store data to drive sales and prepare selling presentations.
• Executional excellence (20%): own results, understand customer needs, link products to opportunities; drive in-store priorities.
• Leadership behaviors: model MM leadership values and foster inclusion.
