Job summary

Grower Direct Farms Inc is seeking an Area Manager in Naugatuck, CT to lead 8–12 retail locations within the assigned territory. You will drive merchandising execution, labor productivity, and profitability while partnering with Regional Managers and store leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising Field Supervisors, conducting weekly coaching, staffing planning, audits, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance. A strong leader with excellent communication and travel readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Experience supervising leaders.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Field Supervisors.
• Drive labor productivity and store execution.
• Coordinate staffing and store visits.
• Develop leadership talent and conduct performance evaluations.
