Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer/client expectations are met. You will supervise merchandisers, educate store staff on products, and maintain store standards while reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong customer service background, and experience with electronics/tech products. Travel may be required; rate of pay is provided below.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required (spoken and written).
• Independent and self-motivated with strong customer focus.
• Experience with electronics/technical products is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Computer, printing, internet and email capability required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Follow company policies and communicate successes or barriers to management.
• Use handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Education

High School diploma or equivalency certification

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Conversational English (spoken/written)

Independent and self-motivated

Experience/comfort with electronics/technical products

Able to work flexible schedule (nights, overnights, weekends)

Valid driver's license
