Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a dynamic Retail Lead Generator for a territory across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will greet customers inside partner locations, spark conversations about home-comfort needs, and schedule HVAC service appointments.

Training is provided and no HVAC experience is required. This full-time role requires open evenings/weekends, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between stores within your DFW territory, with monthly meetings at

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and open availability for evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel between retail locations within the DFW territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers inside retail partner locations and engage in conversations.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services and available promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities.
• Represent Berkeys professionally and adhere to policies.
