Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will be responsible for project completion, stocking, and effective store communication. This role reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store teams, train and develop staff, and educate customers on product lines. Strong English communication and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and team.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and brands.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Understand and communicate company policies to staff.
• Report successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device proficiently to access information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer data.
