Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the Charlotte area to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will lead training, oversee store duties, and communicate with the Market Sales Manager to ensure success.

The role requires strong customer service, sales experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Physical duties and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service or sales experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on client brands and products.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
