Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive growth in a defined territory for Breast and Skeletal Health biopsy products and services. You will coordinate with Account Executives, define plans, demonstrate clinical expertise, and sell across the product portfolio while building strong relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, needs assessment, and collaboration with Clinical, Sales, Service, and Technology teams to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of clinical sales or clinical environment experience.
• 3+ years in clinical radiology/imaging or medical sales preferred.
• Clinical degree/certifications (RT, Mammo Tech, RN or related) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to drive growth and exceed revenue goals in the territory.
• Develop and execute selling strategies to achieve quota and maximize market share.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer contacts and decision makers.
• Present Hologic value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain sales funnel, provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with internal teams.
