Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Protection Plan Consultant to lead and grow our bank and advisor relationships across the territory. You will drive revenue, recruit producers, and maintain Integrity's high standards while representing our life, health and wealth solutions.

You will travel up to 75% of the time, collaborate with financial institutions, and log activities in CRM to ensure seamless service. A bachelor's degree and a FINRA Series 6 license are required, with life-insurance credentials highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major in business, finance, sales, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life insurance license required
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting, and relationship building
• Recruit new producers and expand revenue beyond baseline
• Develop relationships with Financial Institutions management teams and referral sources
• Log activities in CRM and uphold Integrity's brand and culture
