Job summary

Ash Brokerage, part of the Integrity family, seeks a Protection Plan Consultant to drive revenue and build relationships with financial institutions and advisors in a Dallas-based territory. You will recruit producers, educate teams, and expand carrier relationships while upholding Ash’s brand and culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/sales, a FINRA Series 6 license, and resident life insurance license, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major in business, finance, sales, or a related field, plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life insurance license required.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, and product applications.
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP professional designations preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting, and relationship building.
• Cover the territory, recruit new producers, and build revenue above the territory’s baseline.
• Develop relationships with Financial Institutions management teams and key referral sources.
• Join team trainings, log activities in CRM, and represent the Ash brand professionally.
