Ash Brokerage, part of the Integrity family, seeks a Protection Plan Consultant to drive territory revenue and build strong relationships with financial institutions and advisors. You will recruit new producers, educate teams on Ash solutions, and manage the territory with a CEO mindset.

The role emphasizes active prospecting, brand integrity, and utilizing CRM tools to track activities and outcomes. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major in business, finance, sales, or related field and 4+ years of related experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life insurance license required.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and applications.
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with Financial Institutions and advisors.
• Drive revenue growth and territory management.
• Recruit new producers and protect Ash's brand and culture.
• Educate and motivate advisors to sell more complex products.
• Log activities in CRM and participate in trainings.
