Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Protection Plan Consultant to recruit and manage a Denver-based territory, partnering with financial institutions to grow revenue. You will educate advisors on Ash's solutions, protect the brand, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.

You will travel up to 75% to meet top producers, log activities in CRM, and maintain a solutions-based approach while building lasting advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales or related field with 4+ years experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life license required; knowledge of life insurance products.
• CLU/CFP/RSFP designations preferred; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Financial Institutions relationships; recruit new producers.
• Manage territory, drive revenue growth, protect Ash brand and culture.
• Lead and educate advisors to present Ash's solutions; coordinate with internal teams.
• Log activities in CRM; follow a solutions-based sales approach.
• Travel up to 75% to meet top producers and referral sources.
