Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant in Paterson, NJ, to drive sales for a Cardiorenal product and support upcoming menopause launches. You will build relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff, work with the Customer Squad, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet territory goals.

The role requires field travel up to 50% and residence within the territory. A Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years in pharma sales) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of high performance in a sales role.
• Strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive utilization of approved CV and menopause products with local payers and HCPs.
• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional account managers on planning and execution.
• Prioritize physician specialties to optimize coverage based on opportunity and potential.
