Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomist III for Manassas, VA to travel within an assigned territory providing professional phlebotomy services. You will ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a valid phlebotomy certification (CA/NV/WA/LA where applicable), and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel up to 75% required.

Responsibilities

• Specimen Collection & Processing: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, label and prepare specimens.
• Patient Experience & Customer Service: provide professional, courteous service and clear collection procedures.
• Site Support and Travel: cover PSC/IOP locations in the territory and maintain reliable transportation.
• Operations & Compliance: follow safety, privacy policies and verify orders and documentation.
