Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA/NV/WA/LA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel up to 75% with valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to collect specimens at PSCs/IOPs and other sites.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper specimen labeling.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws, including difficult collections.
• Provide professional patient service and maintain facility standards.
