Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75% (within territory).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling.
• Prepare and transport specimens for testing.
• Maintain compliance with safety and privacy standards.
