Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills favored.
• Proficiency with phlebotomy procedures and patient handling.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with focus on accuracy and safety.
• Verify patient identity and collect proper data entry for orders.
• Prepare specimens for transport, labeling, centrifuging, and storage as needed.
• Demonstrate Quest 5Cs in all interactions to ensure service quality.
• Travel within territory to PSCs/IOPs and other sites as required.
