Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required in certain states.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and pediatric/geriatric draws.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse specimen collections following procedures with low error rate.
• Verify patient identification and labeling, enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Provide professional, courteous patient and client service.
