Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Identify patients and verify specimen labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing.
• Provide professional service to patients and clients.
• Travel across PSC and IOP locations within territory.
• Maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality.
