Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites.
• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with high accuracy.
• Ensure proper patient identification and labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Maintain professional patient interactions and a clean, efficient collection environment.
• Support site operations across multiple locations with reliable transportation and travel up to 75%.
