Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and minimal error.
• Ensure correct patient identification, labeling, and data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, and storage according to test order.
• Provide professional patient service and maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Support site operations and compliance per departmental policies and safety standards.
