Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric exams.
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and communicate with clients as needed.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, and email.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with compiling statistics and data when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and timely maintenance records.
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
