Quest Diagnostics in Wayne, MI seeks a Phlebotomist Representative I to join our hospital team. Monday–Friday shifts with potential weekend rotation, including second/third shift differential. Draw blood samples, label specimens, and ensure safe, accurate collection in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection on patients of all ages.
• Accurately label and process specimens per laboratory protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy carts and work areas.
• Data entry and processing of specimens as required by test order.
• Assist training of new staff or students as needed.
• Rotate through inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings as scheduled.
