Job summary

Syneos Health in Troy, NY seeks a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will manage an assigned territory, promote products to physicians and healthcare professionals, and build influential relationships to influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, strong consultative skills, and the ability to develop a territory business plan.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight and weekends.
• Documented history of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and build brands.
• Utilize selling model to obtain maximum commitment on every call and improve territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships; tailor discussions to physician needs.
