Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group, is hiring an Outside Parts Salesperson to grow parts and labor-service sales across a designated territory.

The role analyzes customer operations to determine future parts, service and truck requirements, plans territory coverage, calls on key accounts, and promotes RoadForce, Service and financing options. It is designated as safety-sensitive.

Qualifications

• One-year automotive parts related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves maximum profitable sales volume of parts and labor services from assigned accounts.
• Oversees operations of assigned customers and advises on inventory, service, and product options.
• Plans territory coverage, calls on key accounts, takes orders, and promotes products and promotions.
• Completes customer call sheets weekly and manages expenses within budget.
