Job summary

Raymond West Group is seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Representative to call on existing customers and develop new business within a defined California territory. You will sell Raymond Parts, DuraSource and RBI products, OTR goods, and services following company prices and policies.

The role requires regular travel (50–60%), strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Travel throughout territory to meet customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales contracts.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules.
• Sell and manage consignments and inventory as directed.
• Make cold calls to secure new business; target 10 new customers monthly.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect company policies.
• Protect literature and prevent competitor access.
• Adapt to changes in sales quotas as needed.
