Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Representative to call on existing customers and develop new ones within a defined territory, selling Raymond Parts, DuraSource and RBI products, as well as OTR and services in accordance with established prices.

The PSR will travel the territory, present products, quote terms, and process orders while building strong customer relationships and meeting sales quotas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; minimum 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing customers regularly and develop new customers through cold calling within the territory.
• Display and demonstrate products using catalogs and cut sheets; assist in marketing efforts.
• Quote prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts and distribute credit applications as needed.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Sell and manage consignments and restocking levels as directed by management.
• Make at least 10 new prospect calls per month; follow up within a week.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies; protect sales literature and materials.
