Job summary

Raymond West in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to drive revenue for the Parts Department and grow our local customer base.

You will call on existing customers, develop new business through cold calls, and promote Raymond Parts, DuraSource, RBI, and OTR services according to our pricing and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from directories, meetings and staff input.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Display and demonstrate products using catalogs, flyers and cut sheets; support product marketing.
• Quote prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts and distribute credit applications.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Sell and manage consignments and inventory as directed by management.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies.
