Stancil Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Estimator Supervisor – Paint and Drywall to lead a team of estimators. You will manage workflows, review bids, mentor staff, and ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards for quality, efficiency, and profitability.

The role requires strong Excel and cost-analysis skills, familiarity with Sage INTACCT and PlanSwift, and the ability to coordinate with field operations, purchasing, and account staff to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage INTACCT.
• PlanSwift familiarity and builder portals experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations for production and custom builder projects.
• Manage all estimating tasks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and own the estimating scope for complex or high-value projects.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize bid documents and supporting materials.
• Review estimates for accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Manager and purchasing to ensure pricing accuracy.
