Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the New Castle region to bring high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to customers’ homes. You will own your territory—Ellwood City, New Castle, Zelienople, and surrounding areas—and drive growth through in-home engagements.

This role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions, with bonus potential and a total target compensation of $87k–$105k per year.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach customers.

Responsibilities
