Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Connellsville region. The role involves door-to-door engagement, in-home consultations, and selling high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth in the communities we serve.

This position offers a strong base salary with uncapped commissions and an annual target bonus. Training is provided, and benefits include 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPads, mobile phones).
• Use of a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed per IRS rates.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
• Clearly communicate value of Omni Fiber services (internet, voice, TV).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
