Job summary

Leppo Rents, a family-owned Bobcat dealer, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own a growing Ocala territory. You will sell Bobcat and top-brand equipment, prospect clients, and manage a personal pipeline for uncapped commissions.

Spending most of your time outside the store, you’ll hunt new business, service existing accounts, and represent Leppo at trade shows and events in Florida. This is a high-activity, commission-driven role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred in equipment, ag, construction, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Integrity and follow-through - the Leppo Way means keeping your word.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time outside the store prospecting and meeting customers across your territory.
• Hunt new business while growing and protecting existing accounts.
• Sell and market top-brand equipment (Bobcat) and match customers with the right machine.
• Own your pipeline by tracking leads and sales activity in CRM.
• Represent Leppo at trade shows, training, and industry events.
• Stay sharp on market trends and bring ideas back to the team.
