Job summary

Ace of Blades is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial lawn care and pest control business in Springdale, AR. You’ll create and manage your own territory, pursue leads, and close deals, earning base salary plus substantial commissions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a drive to exceed targets. A valid license is required, with CRM usage for account management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and sell lawn care and pest control services.
• Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads.
• Provide accurate property measurements, estimates, and bids.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
• Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM.
