Job summary

Senske is seeking a Residential Outside Sales Representative for the Saint Louis, MO area. You will travel within the assigned territory to meet current and prospective customers, assess needs, and present tailored lawn care and pest control programs.

The role focuses on acquiring new accounts and cross-selling to existing customers. The position requires 3 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years outside sales experience, lawn/ horticulture/ pest control preferred.
• Pass lawn licensing test in selling state; may require extra testing.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel; data entry on mobile devices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customer properties to assess needs, provide cost estimates and present service bids.
• Engage with customers in-person to promote programs and schedule service appointments.
• Measure property size with tools to ensure accurate quotes.
• Promote Pro Turf/Pro Pest products within territory to hit sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, compile leads and generate sales reports.
• Conduct retention/service calls and resolve customer concerns.
