Responsibilities

• Visit potential customer properties to assess needs, provide cost estimates, and present service bids.
• Measure property with appropriate tools to ensure accuracy in the quoting process.
• Promote and sell Pro Turf/Pro Pest products within territory to meet sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and compile lists of prospective customers from campaigns and referrals.
• Prepare and maintain proper sales reports.
• Conduct retention and service calls to meet retention standards.
• Contact customers to measure satisfaction and address questions.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
