The role emphasizes autonomy, on-site selling, and solving technical challenges for a diverse customer base, with opportunities for regional involvement and store support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of fluid connectors and related products.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mentality and ability to work autonomously to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow the market by conducting on-site sales activities and executing plans to penetrate new markets (OEM, MRO, Reseller).
• Manage accounts, understand customer operations, and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Stay current on product developments to provide superior technical assistance and promote the full product line.
• Collaborate with Store Managers for seamless service, cover stores as needed, and participate in regional sales events.
• Maintain accurate call reports, itineraries, and expense/mileage tracking.
