Job summary

Performance Windows is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs. You will meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess window replacement needs, deliver compelling presentations, and develop tailored proposals.

You will build relationships, manage a local territory, and collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in home improvement or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain products and pricing.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a local territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel in Colorado Springs area.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and standard office software to track leads.
• Strong presentation and new business development capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business/marketing education is a plus.

Responsibilities
