Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring for an entry-level outside sales role focused on building a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet business owners face-to-face to present supplemental insurance products and services, while leveraging a Salesforce CRM to manage leads and client relationships.

You will receive comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing guidance as you develop your sales skills, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and license fees reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory.
• Develop a new book of business through in-person visits.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present industry leading supplemental insurance products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Help set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
