Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the School Dance market. You will be the main link between Rebel and programs in your area, meeting in person, assessing needs, guiding through the process, and building lasting partnerships.

This field-based role requires traveling within your territory and servicing customers, events, and timelines. Ideal candidates bring proven sales results, strong prospecting discipline, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Set clear expectations and ensure follow-through on all commitments.
• Deliver a high level of service that reinforces trust and drives repeat business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
