Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Dance market. You will connect Rebel with programs in your territory, meet customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them create uniforms they’re excited to wear.

This is a remote, territory-based role with travel required. You’ll partner with design, production, and customer experience teams while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the defined geographic territory with full accountability for results.
• Identify gaps, target high‑value opportunities, and build a strategic territory plan.
• Maintain a strong pipeline that supports revenue growth.
• Take full ownership of performance, activity, and outcomes.
• Spend time in the field prospecting within your territory.
• Cold call, visit, and engage schools, gyms, and programs daily.
• Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and events.
• Build pipeline through disciplined prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Maintain high activity levels across calls, visits, and follow‑ups.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in‑person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and issues; set clear expectations.
• Deliver a high level of service to reinforce trust and drive repeat business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Communicate clearly on customer needs, deadlines, and expectations.
• Own the customer experience from sale through fulfillment.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Use events as a primary source of lead generation and relationship building.
• Establish visibility and credibility within your market.
• Meet or exceed sales targets; maintain pipeline and activity tracking.
