Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking an Outside Rental Representative to drive sales and deliver exceptional service across the San Jose, CA territory.

You will nurture existing accounts, prospect new clients, promote equipment rental solutions, and leverage CRM to track activity and report results. A strong background in B2B sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the region are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 3+ years of B2B or non-retail sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Target new customers and promote equipment rental products and services.
• Develop market knowledge, assess project needs, and communicate growth strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools for activity tracking and submit sales reports.
• Provide follow-up support and collaborate internally to identify opportunities.
• Travel to visit clients within the territory.
