Job summary

Lifting Gear Hire Corp. is seeking an Outside Rental Representative to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service within the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will collaborate with internal teams to grow account base, manage territory activity, and ensure timely follow-up with customers and prospects. The role requires a minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience, knowledge of industrial equipment and rigging is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience required.
• Industrial equipment and/or general rigging knowledge strongly preferred.
• Outside sales experience in equipment rentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products, services, and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with existing assigned accounts and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
• Reevaluate work on an ongoing basis to increase market share.
• Assess quality of offerings and communicate effectively to Management on strategies to increase the company's market share.
• Develop expertise regarding local projects and market conditions, as well as product knowledge, service offerings, and new technologies.
• Deliver prompt follow up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
