Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will present to small groups, engage with channel partners, and manage a robust pipeline to meet monthly quotas.

Ideal candidates bring proven electrical sales experience, strong communication and CRM skills, and a drive to exceed expectations while collaborating with internal teams to MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in electrical supply and distribution.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Epicor Eclipse ERP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and business technology.
• Ability to stay focused and productive with minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities by targeting prospects through partners and within your territory.
• Understanding prospect and customer needs and making recommendations.
• Working with current clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Managing customer expectations by ensuring commitments are met.
• Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas.
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
• Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects, clients, contacts and partners.
• Building and monitoring sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Developing lasting relationships with key decision-makers within customer and prospect organizations.
• Other duties as assigned by your sales or branch manager.
