Job summary

Lincare, America’s largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build lasting physician relationships, and meet monthly sales targets within a local territory.

You will travel within your designated area, deliver data-driven sales strategies, and engage referral sources while representing high standards of professionalism and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience or DME industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and foster lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in your local market.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight Lincare's product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
