Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new contractors, builders, remodelers, cabinet makers, and interior designers.
• Build and maintain relationships within the residential construction and design industries.
• Promote decorative hardware products and related hardware solutions.
• Generate new project opportunities for branch locations.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, product presentations, and lunch-and-learn meetings.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support company growth goals.
