Job summary

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow business across the Knoxville market and surrounding areas. Home-based within the Knoxville market, you will engage with manufacturers and industrial clients to support repairs involving hydraulics, electronics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or two-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic repair is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Manage prospecting activities including lead generation, cold calling, sales presentations, and closing business.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage territory activity and opportunities.
